Killing Mr.Griffin

We are Reading a book called Killing Mr.Griffin.I think it is very mysterious and a kind of in way thinking book.These adolescents that go to a high school were they are seniors at,try to pull a prank. Well to start off I thought it was okay to do a school prank on one of your teachers,but killing them is another thing.I guess people don't know how far they should go or when they should stop.That is how a lot of people get hurt or killed.Kids and maybe even adults think it is fun and wanna keep going. Like I said before they don't know when to stop.That is like a symbol to the kids in Killing Mr.Griffin.Mr.Griffin said in the bock how his wife and his students we the most important things in his life. Well just because your teacher is hard and mean in the class doesn't mean they hate you.Mr.griifin loved his students like he loved his own kids.I think that people don't really notice how people actually feel about you. You just look what is on the outside and never really pay attention to them when they are trying to explain how they feel because you think you know they don't like you.Just today I got a message from my friend that i haven't really been talking too. Early I had been in a huge fight with her. Now today I found out she really wanted to be my friend and was looking on the inside of me not the outside.In the book,one girl named Betsey was boasting about how her father was on the county commissioner.One I don't like people who brag because it is just like someone saying give me attention .I want attention.In the book Betsey was like that. She was already the Head cheerleader so she was already pretty much popular and everyone wanted to be her friend and giver her attention.I really like the book we are reading. I think it is one of my favorite books so far.Mrs.chapman always stops us at the most exciting part of the book, but over all it is a GREAT book.

Top 5 books

My top five books are The Westing Game,The Steps,Revenge of the Wannabees,A Walk to Remember,and Surprise Endings. The first book we read in 6Th grade.It was so good.I liked it because it told a story about how family fight over stupid things.Exspecially over money.I think family should atleast agree to comprimise than fight.Maybe agree to split it 3 ways.It would depend on how many family memebers you have.The Steps is like holes 2.It has the same people in it.It is about how these friends who spent there time in summer camp regain eachothers frinendship.I thought about it alot after I read it.It doesn't matter if you were split up for a few months, If it was a good and true friend they would always be in touch.Revenge of the Wannabees was about how these friends are the head honchos of the school.The clique meets this girl named alisha and wants to be in there clique.What I don't get is that they won't let her be in it.They do mean things to her.I thought that was mean.They also try to steal her boyfriend Cam.The guy she wants to go out with.A Walk to Remeber was about how this boy grew up with this girl named Jamie.She was a church fanatic and he falls in love with her.I liked it because it was a love story.It tells about how these different people can fall in love so easily.You would have never known.I think that it doesn't matter if they are cute or ugly or just plain jane,It depends on what is on the outside.That is what the boy relized in Jamie.
I read all o fthese books and really enjoyed them.

Mrs.Chapman

You would expect a mean harsh not nice at all at first when you see Mrs.Chapman.Atleast that is what people told me and that is what I made myself think.Once you get to know her you will LOVE her.She is my favorite teacher of all time.When we are in class she will make you laugh and laugh.She also teaches real good.She explains a lot in many different ways if you don't understand.When we were learning the being verbs we made up a cheer.It helped me a lot.She also makes up the slide shows.If you don't understand it you can go home and study it.Mrs.chapman has an awesome personality for a teacher too.When she gets mad you don't want to be by her.She will throw a piece of chalk at your head! I like Mrs.Chapman she is cool. Another thing about her is that she picks out these books that we read as a class.They are very interesting too me.Right now we are reading Killing Mr.Griffin. So far it is good I guess.One thing I don't like about Mrs.Chapman is that she has very messy handwriting.You can barelyread it.
When we are in Mr.Chapman's class we use hand on experiences and activities to help learn or understand what we are learning better.That is all I can think of rite now.
